4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the time frame mentioned during booking to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Certain services may be non-refundable; such terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5. Failed or Delayed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.
  • Ultra Home Services is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
