Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Ultra Home Services, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel or reschedule your service bookings.

1. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the type of service booked.
  • For certain promotional or discounted services, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. Such conditions will be mentioned at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling Requests

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to service availability on the new requested date and time.
  • Only one free reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may attract a service fee.

3. No-Show Policy

If our service provider arrives at the scheduled location and you are unavailable or unresponsive, the booking will be considered a No-Show and may not be eligible for a refund. Additional charges may apply for rebooking.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the terms of the service booked.
  • Ultra Home Services reserves the right to deduct applicable service or transaction fees before processing refunds.

5. Service Provider Cancellations

In rare cases, if we need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff unavailability, emergencies, or technical issues), we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
